There are a number of ways to engage with our graduates. these include directly advertising positions, offering career mentoring or running workshops, to taking part in one of our recruitment fairs.

Employer Partnership Managers (EPM)

The Employability and Careers Service (ECS) have a team of Employer Partnership Managers (EPM). They can help you find the right talent for your business, whether that is a student intern employed for a short term project or a new graduate recruit.

Our online vacancy portal is free of charge. It's the easiest way to advertise graduate vacancies, placements, internships and any part-time or casual work. Using it will enhance your profile and company brand within the university.

Career mentoring scheme

Become a Mentor and inspire, guide and offer University of Greenwich students' the chance to make a difference in the workforce of the future. A Mentoring commitment to a student can be extremely valuable in developing a student's confidence and career aspirations, as well as their personal and professional development.

Events and recruitment fairs

We offer many employer-focused events throughout the year such as our bi-annual Business Breakfast. We also run sector-specific fairs to promote targeted attendance from our diverse student population. Our aim is to help both our students and recruiting organisations by providing them with the opportunity to meet and discuss recruitment plans and practices.

Workshops and talks

Our Employer Partnership Managers will work in collaboration with you to develop specialist activities, where you can interact with students in order to secure future talent for your organisation. Some of these activities can be found below:

  • Be a guest speaker on campus promoting your opportunities or recruitment schemes We offer opportunities for employers to target students for such talks
  • Conduct mock interviews with students, offering feedback and guidance on how to impress at interview
  • Give advice and insights on enterprise and business start-up
  • Provide assessment centre tasters in an interactive setting
